Below the Line, Day 4

Almost done! Today has been a lot better than yesterday, although I’m still lacking in appetite and therefore am really low on energy. Since I got done with work, I haven’t been able to motivate myself to do anything other than sit on the couch and watch Netflix. I managed a fried egg and some potatoes for breakfast, at least, around 9:30. But then I wasn’t really hungry until about 3:45pm, when I just now had a cup of the tomatoes and beans.Image

I actually went to my kickboxing class last night. I was doing okay during the warmup, but soon after that, wow. I could barely lift my legs or tap my fists against the bags, and I thought I was going to be sick at one point when doing planks during a routine with stations. But I survived, and I’m glad I did it. Wish it helped me sleep better, though!

The best news is: So far this week I have raised $340 for Opportunity International, when my original goal was $200! I’m super excited and very, very grateful. (The last day of the challenge is tomorrow, but if you still want to donate, you have until May 31!)

That’s really all I have to say for today, I think. Lacking in appetite, completely exhausted, but generally encouraged by others and in good spirits. And IMMENSELY grateful that tomorrow is the last day, and I will be “above the line” again. I can’t imagine living like this long-term–definitely a sobering thought.
